PEACH CREEK, W.Va. — Mr. Bud Mullins, 64, of Peach Creek, was born March 26, 1948, at Harts, a son of the late Anthony Everette and Samantha Maude Farris Mullins. He departed his life Sunday, October 14, 2012, at Logan Regional Medical Center.


Mr. Mullins was self-employed, enjoyed spending time with his grandsons, fishing and playing music.


Also preceding him in death were two brothers, Wayne and James Hank Mullins.


Survivors include his wife, Margie Ann Craddock Mullins; two daughters, Brandy Dawn (John) Alford of West Logan and Elishia Sarah (Brian) Bledsoe of Chapmanville; two grandsons, Dallas J. Peacock and Aaron Tyler Vannatter; brothers, Winford Mullins of Jeffrey, Denver Mullins of Bluefield, Ray Mullins of Chapmanville and Buck Mullins of Chillicothe, Ohio; sisters, Eloise Adkins of Henlawson, Florine Hess of War, Betty McGrew of Chicago, Ill., and Marie Saunders of Branchland, and a nephew who was like a son, Ricky Mullins of Henlawson.


Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, at the Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Pastor Trent Belford reading the obituary.


At Mr. Mullins’ request, there will be no services and cremation will follow after the visitation.


Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is serving the Mullins family in following Mr. Mullins’ request.
