REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio — Helen Lucille Brumfield-Fraley, 87, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 17, 2012, at her home.
Helen retired from Lucent Technologies, after she was a school teacher for five years. Throughout her life she has been involved in the Pentecostal Church in various roles, such as Sunday school teacher, women’s ministries, and church plays.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Ula and Elsie Lester; husband, Jennis Frank Fraley Sr.; sister, Janice L. Ellis; and two other sisters; a great-grandson, one great-great granddaughter.
Survivors include her sons, Benson Mike (Janeen) Brumfield and Marshall (Bonnie) Brumfield; daughter, Sandra (Burl) Toler; 11 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters; brothers, Charles O. (Shirley) Lester and Rev. Windall K. (Betty) Lester, and step-daughter, Francis (Curtis) Persinger.
Her family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Cathedral of Praise, 7095 Summit Road, Pataskala, Ohio where her service will be Friday at 11 a.m. Her interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
