COW CREEK, W.Va. — Donald Vale Perry, 70, of Cow Creek, went to be with the Lord Sunday, December 23, 2012, at Logan Regional Medical Center.

Born May 2, 1942, at Williamson, he was a son of the late Eli Perry and Delsie Mae Spears Perry Runyon. Also preceding him in death was one son, Gregory Perry; one sister, Florence Perry, and one brother, William Perry,

Don was a retired coal miner, and of the Full Gospel faith.

Survivors include his loving wife, Sabrina Fitzgerald Perry; three sons, Walter (Wendy) Perry of Winston Salem, N.C., Timothy (Vicki) Perry of Lake, and Roy (Jessica) Perry of Cow Creek; three daughters, Donna Perry of Madison Creek, Linda (William) Horn of Cow Creek, and Tessé (Matt) Baisden of Charleston; one brother, Charles (Pat) Perry of Massachusetts; five sisters, Sarah Pennington and Barbara (Frank) Crum, both of Cow Creek, Dora Williamson of Crystal Block, Ollie (Bobby) Davis of Rock Hill, S.C., and Mary (Rick) Davis of Ragland; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 29, at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jonas Trent officiating. Burial will follow in Orville Cemetery at Cow Creek.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
