MAN – Logan County Sheriff’s Deputy T. R. Brumfield arrested Curtis Ball, 46, on charges of domestic battery and battery.
When the deputy answered the 911 call at Kistler, he spoke with Cindy Bowyer, Ball’s girlfriend, and she told him Ball came in and started hitting her in the face and head. When Matt Farley tried to stop Ball, he turned on him and started punching him in the face, cutting his left eye.
The officer spoke with Ball and noted he had blood on his right hand.
