The Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant in reference to a first degree sexual assault and drug activity in the Smokehouse Road area of Logan on February 13.
During the search, deputies found several illegal substances in the bedroom of Jarred Marshall Kinser where he was sleeping.
In the criminal complaint, deputies listed one unlabeled pill bottle containing four 30mg Roxycodones, five 0.5 Xanax, and 34 5mg Valium; a second unlabeled pill bottle reportedly contained 93 10mg Lortab and three pink 10mg Lortabs; a third unlabeled pill bottle was found to contain 11 8mg/12mg Suboxone films; a fourth unlabeled pill bottle contained seven 8mg/12mg Suboxone films; one clear plastic bag containing eight individually wrapped pieces of crack cocaine; one clear plastic bag containing approximately 10 grams of powder cocaine and one clear plastic bag containing approximately nine ounces of marijuana.
Deputies also reported finding three pistols, one of which was recovered from under Kinser’s pillow. The other two were discovered in the bedroom of Kinser’s brother. Deputies also list that $219 in U.S. currency was found in Kinser’s bedroom.
Kinser, 26, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was released on a $2,500 bail.
