PARKERSBURG, W.Va. — Ova Mae Mullins Ball, 74, of Parkersburg, was born May 23, 1938, in Harts, a daughter of the late Frank and Ruth McCloud Mullins. She departed this life Sunday, March 10, 2013, at her residence.


Survivors include a son, Jerry Mullins, grandson, Jerry Jr., and a great-grandson, Adrian Joseph, all of Cleveland, Ohio; three sisters, Agnes (Larry) Hagan of Lafayette, Tenn., Susie Chapman of Tell City, Ind., and Patricia (Howard) Self of Trussville, Ala.; four brothers, Elmer (Ethel) of Belfry, Ky., Frank Jr. (Susanna) of Parkersburg, Richard (Luz) of Willis, Texas, and Lanny Sr. of Harts, and many nieces and nephews.


Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Alfred Setser officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.


Visitation will be from noon until time of services Thursday at the funeral home.


Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is in charge of arrangements.
