CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Daisy Riley, 74, of Chapmanville, departed this life Saturday, March 16, 2013, in Medina Ohio.
Born December 9, 1938, in Chapmanville, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Minnie Adams. Also preceding her in death was one sister, Jane Workman, and two brothers, Robert and Ernest Adams.
Daisy was devoted to our Lord Jesus and her favorite activity was reading her Bible. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was one of the most kind and generous people that you could know.
Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved daughter, Yvonne (Rick) Jaworski of Hinckley, Ohio; two sisters, Clara (Charles) Hager and Loraine Stollings, both of Chapmanville; two brothers, Orvel (Rhonda) Adams and Willard Adams, both of Chapmanville; sisters-in-law, Reda Adams and Loretta Adams, both of Chapmanville; three grandchildren, Sarah (Pete) Cross and Selene Jaworski, both of Hinckley, and Steven (Nicole) Jaworski of Wilmington, N.C.; one special niece, Tiffany of Chapmanville, and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 22, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rick Conley officiating. Burial will follow at Ernest Adams Cemetery at Brush Fork, Chapmanville.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
