Teach Children to Save Day

Road Branch Elementary & Middle School Fourth Graders learned why saving money is important on April 23 - Teach Children to Save Day. Stephanie Bailey, Branch Manager at First Century Bank in Oceana, visited the class and explained to students the importance of starting to save money when they are young. She also showed students what their money could be worth several years later if they begin saving now.
