Four arrested in Dingess Street Disturbance

Logan City Police responded to a disturbance on Dingess Street. Upon arriving at the scene, the officer observed three individuals identified as Roberta Angline Marcum, 38, Recca Marcum, 51, and Ronnie Marcum, on the second floor of a residence yelling and throwing glass bottles onto the roadway from a window. Carlos Rose was on the roadway loudly yelling obscenities at the three inside the residence and throwing bottles back into the residence.

All individuals staying inside the residence consuming alcoholic beverages without consent of the owner.

The officer detected an odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from all four defendants and all four appeared to be highly intoxicated, having glassy eyes and slurred speech.

The four were arrested and charged with public intoxication, trespassing, disorderly conduct and littering.
