The Coalfield Jamboree in Logan will host Jesse Bryant and The Country Outlaws in concert this Saturday night, April 12. Concert begins at 8 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m.
A native Logan County, Bryant is billed as the “last real outlaw of country music.” Bryant said his stomping grounds were Mud Fork and Harts Creek, where he began playing music when he was around 10 years old with his father in his Gospel band.
Today, Bryant says he plays true Country music in the style of Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard.
With a ticket price of $15, you can not only enjoy a night of entertainment, but you will also help a good cause because Bryant will donate a part of the ticket sales to The Skyler Miller Medical Foundation. Miller, 15, is a student at Logan High School and is battling acute myeloid leukemia.
Tickets are on sale now at the box office or by calling 304-752-2900. Again, all seats are $15.
