The Healthy Logan County Group, in conjunction with Chief Logan Recreational Center, has rolled out the “100 Miles in 100 Days” program and the City of Logan has appointed Wednesdays as “Wear Your Sneakers to Work Wednesdays” to encourage its businesses to sign up.
If a business’ employees enroll, they will be allowed to wear their sneakers to work to walk on their lunch break.
The Wear Your Sneakers to Work Wednesdays program runs from now until July 31st.
To sign up, send a list of registrants with their email addresses to email@example.com
For more information, call Amy Evans at 304-855-8591.
If your office has not received a copy of the Walking Trails of City of Logan, contact Evans at contact info above.
Evans says she will be in touch with the towns of Chapmanville and Man this week to see if they would also like to participate in Wear Your Sneakers to Work Wednesdays.
