MADISON - Use of minor in filming sexually explicit conduct coupled with various drug-related crimes were among the latest grand jury indictments returned last month by Boone County Circuit Court.

In total, 23 individuals were indicted during the January term.

Included in the indictments was Mark Andrew Height. Height was indicted on six counts of use of minor in filming sexually explicit conduct.

According to the indictment, Height had knowledge that such acts were being filmed by performing oral sex on a minor whose date of birth was in the year 2000. Among the six counts, he also possessed less than 50 photos and videos of explicit conduct.

Other indictments include:

n Donald Maxwell Steele, Jr.: Two counts of attempted sexual abuse in the first degree, 10 counts of sexual assault in the first degree, five counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, one count of sexual assault in the second degree, one count of attempted sexual account in the second degree and one count of possession of material depicting minors engaging in sexual explicit conduct.

n Winfield Scott Bowles: Possession of a stolen vehicle.

n Steven Kent Campbell: One count of breaking and entering, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

n Maurice Vernon Davis Jr.: One count of domestic battery third or subsequent domestic-related offense.

n Don Elmo Drake: Two counts of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury, one count of no operator's license, one count of failure to drive on the right side of divided highway and one count of operating a vehicle without lighted lamps.

n Heather Michelle Foley: One count of breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiracy.

n Steven Eli Gray: One count of breaking and entering.

n Kenneth Ray Hager: One count of breaking and entering, one count of petit larceny and one count of conspiracy.

n Joshua Carl Honeycutt: One count of malicious assault.

n Thomas Dwayne Jefferson: One count of breaking and entering, petit larceny and conspiracy.

n Shawna Gail Jones: One count of shoplifting third or subsequent offense.

n Sherry Lynn Kersey: One count of possession of a stolen vehicle and one count of receiving stolen property.

n Jesse Allen Peacher: Four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.

n Pamela Lynn Price: One count of child neglect creating a risk of injury and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

n Vanessa L. Riffle: One count of breaking and entering, one count of destruction of property, one count of conspiracy and one count of grand larceny.

n Jerry Arthur Simmons, Jr.: One count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

n Rebecca Ann Smith: Two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

n Michael Allen Stiltner: One count of fleeing from officer in vehicle with reckless indifference and one count of fleeing from an officer on foot.

n Jamie Allen Thomas: One count of possession of counterfeit with intent to utter and one count of conspiracy.

n Scott Weekly: One count of breaking and entering, one count of grand larceny, one count of destruction of property and one count of conspiracy.

n Chalsey Dawn White: One count of child neglect creating risk of injury.

n Brenda Lee Williamson: One count of breaking and entering and one count of petit larceny.
