Logan High School’s Class of 1974 graduates will gather Friday through Sunday, June 20-22 for their 40th class reunion. To commemorate the occasion, City of Logan Mayor Serafino Nolletti signed a proclamation naming the weekend “Class of 1974 Days.”


The reunion schedule is as follows:


• 5:30 p.m. Friday get-together will be held at BJs in Logan


• 1 p.m. Saturday memorial service will be held in the Little Theater at Logan High School


• 6:30 p.m. Saturday dinner dance will begin with the class photograph at the Logan Country Club on Route 10 north of Chapmanville.


• Noon Sunday family picnic at the first shelter left of the Y at Chief Logan State Park at Henlawson.


Classmates have migrated into town from all over the United States, from West Virginia to California to South Carolina. Many attended the signing of the proclamation at City Hall on Wed., June 18.
