Some 300 youth and adult helpers attended the 7th Annual Jakes Fishing Day held Sat., June 21, on the banks of the fishing pond at Camp Chief Logan Boy Scout Camp at Garretts Fork. Sponsored by The National Wild Turkey Federation, the event was held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and included a lunch and door prizes. Some of the top fishing honors went to young Madi Gore with thanks to help from her dad, Jason.
