The City of Logan Police Department is working hard to investigate two robberies and 25 vandalized vehicles that occurred in downtown Logan late Thursday night into Friday morning.

Officer JR Adkins confirmed that Rock City Bakery and Bernie’s Cole Street Deli were the two businesses robbed and vandalized.

The perpetrators entered Rock City Bakery and spray painted profanity on the hardwood floor. The floor also shows a smiley face and the initials “S + B.” This makes the third time Rock City has been burglarized.

The bakery took to Facebook looking for the perpetrators, and the owners are currently raising funds to purchase a security camera.

The LPD says an investigation is underway concerning both businesses and all 25 cars. Adkins is heading the investigation.

Anyone who may have information concerning the recent string of robberies and vandalism to hit downtown Logan is encouraged to call the LPD at 304-752-6535.
