During the Logan County Commission meeting held Monday afternoon, a request from the Town of West Logan for the donation of a surplus cruiser from the Sheriff’s Department was granted.

Several years ago a cruiser was donated to the town, but that vehicle was struck by another vehicle as it sat in the police department parking lot at West Logan. The vehicle was a total loss.

Tuesday afternoon, Logan County Commission members, along with Sheriff Sonya Porter and West Logan officials gathered to present another surplus vehicle to the town.
