VERDUNVILLE — The Maryetta United Baptist Church Ladies’ Auxiliary met Thursday, March 6, 2014, for their regularly scheduled monthly meeting. Circle No. 3 hosted the meeting.


Sarah Blankenship welcomed the ladies. Joyce Childers led congregational singing of “Have Thine Own Way, Lord”, and prayers were offered by Betty Taylor and Terrie Goins.


Goins also presented the devotion regarding prospering and growing in your Christian life and church. In the absence of President Sandra Butcher, the business session was conducted by Angie Gore; minutes of the January and February meetings were read by Linda Evans, in the absence of our secretary-treasurer Rosemary Bailey). The minutes were unanimously approved.


Reports were given and prayer partners were revealed and exchanged. The door prize was won by Reagan Lukacs.


Those in attendance were Shirley Baisden, Lori Mathis, Jaxon Mathis, Lana Marcum, Sarah Blankenship, Angie Gore, Linda Evans, Caylen Booth, Cadence Taylor, Betty Taylor, Sue Ann Baisden, Alice Baisden, Reagan Lukacs, Terrie Goins, Tammy Workman, Delphia Browning, Peggy Elkins, Gay Damron and Joyce Childers.
