LOGAN, W.Va. (AP) — Logan City Police cited a truck driver after his 18-wheel vehicle overturned and spilled four tons of coal.


Reports say the accident occurred around 4 a.m. Wednesday morning at the intersection of Route 73 and Route 44.


The driver was cited for failing to maintain control of the truck.


The road was closed for several hours until the truck and coal were removed.
