The May term of the Grand Jury in Judge Roger Perry’s court has indicted several on meth lab charges.


Those indicted in Judge Perry’s court were:


14-F-70: Clarissa Adkins was indicted for nighttime burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree and two counts conspiracy.


14-F-71: Michael Adkins was indicted for nighttime burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree and two counts conspiracy.


14-F-72: Felisha Aldridge was indicted for delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance.


14-F-73: Jamie Browning was indicted for attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine.


14-F-74: Clifford G. Bryant Jr. was indicted for delivery of a Schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver.


14-F-75: Shawn Carter was indicted for nighttime burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, robbery in the first degree, two counts conspiracy and robbery in the second degree.


14-F-76: Martha Cochran was indicted for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


14-F-77: Paul Cochran was indicted for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


14-F-78: John Collins was indicted for breaking and entering, petit larceny and conspiracy.


14-F-79: Eddie L. Conley Jr. was indicted for attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine.


14-F-80: Hugh Conley was indicted for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


14-F-81: Amanda Curry was indicted for delivery of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and conspiracy to deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance.


14-F-82: Timothy Farley was indicted for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with the intent to deliver and cultivation of marijuana.


14-F-83: Michael J. Farris was indicted for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


14-F-84: Scott Ira Gates was indicted for cultivation of marijuana and 15 counts of cruelty to animals.


14-F-85: Brandon Hairston was indicted for three counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance.


14-F-86: Sherman Eugene Jones was indicted for delivery of a Schedule IV controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance.


14-F-87: Gary R. Martin was indicted for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver.


14-F-88: Archie Mosley III was indicted for daytime burglary, two counts breaking and entering and two counts petit larceny.


14-F-89: Archie Mosley III was indicted for nighttime burglary and attempted grand larceny.


14-F-90: Gregory Rayburn was indicted for receiving/transferring stolen property and conspiracy.


14-F-91: Michael Ruggles was indicted for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


14-F-92: Michael D. Scites was indicted for breaking and entering, petit larceny and conspiracy.


14-F-93: Nicholas Scites was indicted for receiving or transferring stolen property and conspiracy.


14-F-94: Tometta Serfass was indicted for nighttime burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, robbery in the first degree, two counts conspiracy and robbery in the second degree.


14-F-95: Corey Jamal Sherod was indicted for three counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance.


14-F-96: Brian Joseph Trent was indicted for burglary and petit larceny.


14-F-97: David Franklin Williams was indicted for DUI third or subsequent offense of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs, driving when license revoked or suspended for DUI of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs second offense, operation of a vehicle without evidence of registration and no insurance.


14-F-98: Amanda Woody was indicted for operating a clandestine drug laboratory, attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine or another controlled substance, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, and conspiracy to possess substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance.


14-F-99: Steven Workman was indicted for receiving or transferring stolen property.
