Lady Tigers’ Hainer, Justice named all-Cardinal in volleyball

The honors have come in for a pair of Chapmanville Regional High School volleyball players.
Chapmanville’s Hillary Hainer was named first-team all-conference, while Haley Justice was on the second team.
The voting was conducted by the eight Cardinal Conference volleyball coaches.
Also making the first team was Mingo Central High School’s Ashley Curry.
Mingo Central’s Kristen Johnson, Klearia Hammond, Stacy Cisco and Ashley Curry were voted to the second team.

CRHS gridders honored
There were several other Chapmanville Regional High School football players who were honored by the Cardinal Conference with spots on the honorable mention all-conference squad.
The players were accidentally omitted in a Cardinal Conference press release.
Chapmanville’s all-conference honorable mention picks were: Gabe Maynard; Rodney Workman; Paul Workman; Alex Berry; Blake Dalton; Ricky Combs; Tanner Dillon; Nate Ramey; Nick Brumfield; Jacob Dingess; Matt Chapman; Morgan Jackson; Justin Hensley; Michael Hall; and Tyler Neil.
