GLENDA BROWN
BRUNO, W.Va. — Glenda Nicole “Nikki” Brown, 32, of Bruno, went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 1, 2012, from her home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born August 15, 1980, at Man, she was a daughter of Jo Ann Blankenship Morgan of Gilbert.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents, L.C. and Jo Mae Harding Blankenship, and one aunt, Geizel “G.G.” Blankenship.
Nikki was a former assistant manager at Burger King at Logan. She was a 1998 graduate of Man High School and was of the Church of God faith. She enjoyed scrap booking, traveling, going to the beach, and 4-wheeling with her husband, Billy.
Additionally, those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Billy Brown; one brother, Avery Morgan of Castalia, N.C.; her step-father, Bazz Blankenship of Gilbert; her mother-in-law, Debbie Brown of Bruno; her grandfather-in-law, James Carter of Bruno, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, at the Pathway Church of God at Christian with Rev. Harrison Williamson and Rev. Wesley Browning officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will begin one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be Caleb, Gage, and Aeden White.
