Girl Scout Troop 2573 of Jeffery recently helped the Logan Child Advocacy Center prepare their grounds for Spring. The troop had previously visited the Center that investigates crimes against children in Logan County as part of a forensic program. They enjoyed their visit so much they promised to return and help the staff with spring cleaning. The girls painted, pulled weeds planted flowers and made a display of 95 pin wheels representing 95 children served at the Logan Center during fiscal year 2010-2011. Pictured are Lisa Cocheran, Troop Leader, Victoria Shreve, Kaitlyn Ferrell, Jaelyn Adams all of Troop 2573, and Kansas Moore. Moore is a volunteer from the Regional Christian School of Delbarton.
