LOGAN, W.Va. — Mr. James “Eddie” Ferguson, 63, of Logan, was born October 3, 1949, at Logan, a son of Ruby Watts Ferguson of Logan and the late Cecil Ferguson. He departed this life Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at CAMC Memorial Division in Charleston.

Eddie was a retired coal miner and member of the UMWA.

Additional survivors include his wife, Margaret Ferguson; son, Brian (Pamela) Ferguson of St. Albans and Chad Ferguson of Logan; grandsons, Dylan and Hayden Ferguson; sister, Brenda Mullins of Logan; nieces and nephews, Dave (Stacey) Mullins of Charleston, Charles Mullins and Clarence Crum, both of Logan, Amy (Arlen) Powers of Chapmanville, and Matt Crum of San Francisco, Calif., and a host of family and friends.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 2, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Kent Meade. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.

Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is in charge of arrangements.
