We would fast become like a third world country with Romney. He failed as Governor of Massachusetts and the people there are showing him that. Right now Obama is leading him in the State by 18.5%. Why? Because the people of Massachusetts know him. He is not a leader. He doesn't understand how government is run.

Romney outsourced jobs to China and India. The businesses who got the tax breaks and the people of China and India won big time but those Americans who lost their jobs weren't given a thought, just those big tax breaks the companies would get. That is shameful. People complain about jobs not being created, even if they are they would more than likely be outsourced.

Obama based his healthcare plan on RomneyCare for Massachusetts and now Romney opposes it. Proves the point many people have said for a long time now, the Republicans aren't willing to work with this President. This Congress is being called obstructionist do nothings.

What devastation has Obama laid on the USA? He has from day one tried to help this country. No matter what he does you people won't give him credit for it.

An article in the Washington Post this week said it is all about race. A whole lot of you are racist and you try to hide it by your complaining, fault finding nit picking, but it is still about race. It must really rankle a lot of you that a black man sleeps in the White House.

The $2 million (or $3, depending on which article you read) is a figure that has been promoted by World Net Daily, a conservative Web site that has tried its best to fan the flames of the birther movement. In a number of articles, it has speculated that all of the legal fees spent by the Obama campaign since the election have been devoted to defending the president against a series of lawsuits concerning the certificate — all of which have been ultimately dismissed as frivolous.

All of these people who are making these off the wall claims are pulling them out of the air because they have nothing real to make a claim about.

And all of you learned conservatives are feeding into it like a shark after chum.

Me thinks it is not the liberals who are whinning or crying, but you learned conservatives!!!!

If you want to call Adams a liar, that is your prerogative. However, the fact remains that Obama’s birth certificate has holes in it you could drive an 18 wheeler through. Nobody has answered the question as to why Obama spent 3 million dollars to lock up his records. Obama doesn’t have the courage let the American people see the unaltered birth certificate. He owes it to the American people to allow the vetting of his birth records to be open to scrutiny. If he is so sure of his legitimacy, then surely he will answer a few questions.

You do realize the numbers hand written on Obama’s birth certificate have meaning. According to Mike Zullo of the World Net Daily, he contacted the 95 year old local registrar, Verna Lee, whose name was signed to the document (Obama’s alleged birth certificate) about the phantom numbers hand written on several of the boxes. Here is a report from the World Net Daily in Zullo’s own words:

“We discovered that the procedure for the department of health was to take a birth certificate, check it for accuracy and then code it with numerical values in some of the fields, such as ‘fathers race’ or ‘type of business or employment,’” Zullo explained. “They would take these numerical values that have designators to identify that information, then the federal government would take that information and put those numerical values on magnetic tape for their own census information.”

Zullo explained that before a birth certificate was accepted and filed, it was double-checked for accuracy and the handwritten codes supplied to the federal government for demographic and birth statistics.

The number 9 marked in the box containing Obama’s father’s race, however, presents a problem.

“The values were curious,” Zullo told Klein. “If you look at Mr. Obama Sr.’s race, the box says ‘African,’ and that’s always been a point of contention, because in the ’60s ‘African’ wasn’t a race designator. Next to it is the number 9. We learned the statistical codings in the 1960s for the federal government – and actually through the remainder of the decade – number 9 stands for unstated or information not supplied.”

Therefore, Zullo explained, when the number 9 shows up, there wouldn’t have been anything entered into the field, not “African” or “Black” or “Negro” – it would have been left blank.

The same anomaly appears in the field for the father’s “kind of business or industry”: It’s marked with a 9, so it ought to be blank, but contains the word “University.”

Zullo told Klein he asked Lee if the pair of 9s could be an administrative error.

Her reported answer? “Not on my watch.”

“It’s really highly, highly improbable that two people are going to mismark a document, especially with the number 9. We are sure that number 9s were prevalent in Hawaii with a lot of missing information, especially on single parent births,” Zullo said. ”So it’s going to be extremely hard to press the issue and say, ‘Well, it was a clerical mistake.’ According to [Lee], it didn’t happen.”

So, my learned liberal friends, you see that the penciled in 9s present a problem for Obama. We would expect those fields on the form to be blank; yet they use language foreign to that time period. Tim Adams didn't mention that the City & County of Honolulu Elections Office has no authority to investigate the eligibility of candidates for national office on the Hawaii ballot. He also failed to explain any details as to how a local elections office would have access to the files of the State Department of Health. His story is full of holes.

No one questioned why he brought this story first to a white supremacist radio show associated with Stormfront. And, no one questioned, and he never did say, why he hadn't come forward with this information earlier.

By the time Adams came out with this story there had already been two official press releases by the Hawaii Department of Health contradicting his version of the story and the president's Certification of Live Birth had been photographed and published on several websites.

Tim Adams has never offered anything but unsubstantiated and unreliable hearsay to back up his story, and he outright lied about one critically important aspect of the story, that his office was responsible for verifying the identity of candidates for the state ballot in Hawaii in 2008.

I have to laugh out loud at one of the comments: Romney is cruel to dogs. I take it he is talking about putting the dog in a container on the roof. Obama is on record saying he ate dogs. Which is worse, transporting the dog in a container or eating the dog? If I were the dog, I would choose to be put in a container and ride on the roof. The dog had plenty of fresh air. Cars back in the 50s and 60s didn’t have air conditioning. We lowered the windows. In other words, the dog did not suffer any more than the humans.

I’ve ridden in the back on pick-up trucks and it isn’t cruel. It is fun! You get plenty of fresh air and stuck up people look at you funny.

I don’t know all the facts, but Obama accused Mitt Romney of a felony. Mitt should put the shoe on the other foot. Why don’t we talk about your use of illegal drugs, Barry? Didn’t you say you used them with gusto? Wasn’t using illegal drugs illegal back in your day? What type of crime is illegal drug use? Obama casts aspersions and calumny, but Romney just gives the facts. Obama is the one who was a criminal. If he would ever open his records we might find out other things as well. I really wonder about that Social Security number. When were you ever in Connecticut, Barry?

A former Hawaii elections clerk, Tim Adams, has come forward with a notarized affidavit stating his superiors said that Obama did NOT have a long form birth certificate. It can be read on the World Net Daily at http://www.wnd.com/2011/01/254401/ .

Again, just as many have said: why doesn’t Obama take five minutes and open up the records? Ummm…maybe he has something he doesn’t want to share. All the other presidents would open their birth records! What is the deal with Obama? Isn’t this supposed to be the most open administration ever? The fact is that his grandparents could have registered him as born in the US even though he was born overseas. It is also odd that Stanley Ann and Barack Sr. lived in separate locations. Could be that be she married Barack Sr. for immigration purposes and Obama’s dad is somebody else. Many people are asking: just who is the clown with the big ears? Where was he born, and what about ALL his records?

To all you people who say this is settled: it isn’t settled until Obama opens up his records.

One of the reader’s says it isn’t easy to get a fraudulent birth certificate in Hawaii. Here is the rule that makes it easy:

Under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, not necessarily a U.S. citizen, and pay taxes there for one year to be able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate. Mr. Trump said the following: “Nobody has more sealed records than this president. So many of his applications … are sealed. He spent $3 million to keep everything sealed. You can’t find out anything about his college. I’m not talking about his marks. I’m talking about his application. It would be so interesting to see,”

Obama’s college records for Occidental, Columbia and Harvard all remain out of the public view, protected by legions of attorneys fighting in court against any release.



He also ridiculed the idea that it was a “mistake” that led a book publisher to promote – for years – Obama as an author who was born in Kenya.

“The word ‘Kenya’ doesn’t get messed up with the word ‘United States,’” he said. “Obama does not like the issue of where he was born,” he told Blitzer. “There’s something that bothers Obama very much. I will tell you: It’s not an issue that he likes talking about, so what he does is use reverse psychology on people like you … He does not like that issue because it’s hitting very close to home. You know it, and he knows it – but you don’t report it accurately.”

Now…professionals have looked at the document that Obama says is his birth certificate and have found it to be a fraud. What kind of man would spend 3 million dollars to lock up his records unless he had something to hide?

I challenge anyone with a thinking brain to read what Sheriff Joe Arpaio has found. What is amazing is the fact our leaders are watching this and only Donald Trump (who has nothing to lose and loves this country) wants this to be investigated.

Cheap natural gas is pricing coal out of the market.

Some of the oldest coal-fired power units are shutting down across the country and few new coal plants are likely to be built in the future. But that trend was well underway before the EPA rolled out its new regulations. It has nothing to do with the EPA regulations. It has everything to do with the shale-gas revolution.

Several forces have combined to slash natural gas prices to record lows. New discoveries of shale deposits, along with the advent of horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing, have unlocked vast reserves of natural gas, enough of the resource, many researchers say, to meet U.S. energy demands for the next century.

This phenomenon, coupled with the fact that natural gas-powered plants are relatively cheap to build, has spurred many utilities to look to natural gas instead of coal to generate new power.

Coal has been losing market share since 2008, and the U.S. Energy Information Agency predicts U.S. consumption of coal will fall about 10 percent in 2012, while electricity generation from natural gas increases by about 17 percent.

Joe Arpaio is a racist. You cannot just "get" a birth certificate from Hawaii or any State. You have to go to the Vital Records of a State and if you are were not born there you will not show up in their records and you will not get a birth certificate. Also, to address the second opinion by Donald Good, I remember when the union mines were very important in protecting our miners and keeping them safer. What about all the miners who died either in the mines or were shot by the coal owners thugs? The unions were a good thing until they became abused by the "younger" generation who half way wanted to work when they felt like it. And, as for same sex marriage and gays/lesbians, they do not bother me and one has to question why they bother you so much, Donald Good. God is the only judge in the end, not you or I.

I don't care for Obama, but Romney is not any good at all. He insults the intelligence of the working man, is cruel to dogs and is trying to set women back 30 years. I love West Virginia and I've got friends and family in the coal mines and I want them to have a job here. BUT, I want clean coal, and alot of other people do to. Why can't we have both? Is it because some coal owner, who doesn't even live in West Virginia, doesn't want to part with his millions? So, we're supposed to just ignore the problem? Democrats and republicans need to come together with one candidate that is for the people. Please.

According to Joe Arpaio, anyone can get a birth certificate in Hawaii simply by being a citizen and one who paid taxes in that state. That alone presents a national security risk because of possible fraud? I would like to know why our charlatan-in-chief doesn’t open his records. Maybe he is afraid people will find out he was born in Hawaii, but applied to various schools as a foreign student. In one book, it was told he was born in Kenya and attended school at Harvard. Obama knew this but said nothing. Of course, we don’t know for sure if the birth place was right because it was so easy to get a fraudulent one in Hawaii. Let’s say he was born in Hawaii, but declared he was a foreigner just to receive certain benefits; that would make him no better than Elizabeth Warren who claimed she was a Native American to receive benefits. Does anyone see a pattern of lies and deceit in the Democrat Party?

Like so many other Americans, I can’t say for sure that Obama was born in America because the birth certificate he presented has been tampered with using photo shop techniques. The only way to prove he is legitimate is to have an “unbiased” group with expertise examine his original records. I would also like an explanation concerning his social security number, selective service stamp, and a full explanation how he traveled in Pakistan when such travel was prohibited. I would like him to open his records for review and perusal. I think Mitt Romney should also open his records. Obama is crowing for Romney to open his records, don’t you think Obama could do the same?

Some people can make fun of birthers, but the fact remains that the birth certificate used by Obama cannot be used as proof. He obviously has the resources of judges and the government protecting him from impeachment. Obama does not measure up to that rule; therefore, the Supreme Court is not doing its job. Where he was born is a moot point. Thomas even admitted that the Supreme Court is dodging the issue.

Good men with outstanding military careers lost their profession because of his obstinacy concerning the release of his documents. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin was sent to Ft. Leavenworth and given a less than honorable discharge because Obama refused to open his documents to be properly vetted.

Here is a discourse between a representative from N.Y. and Clarence Thomas which can be viewed on the World Net Daily (right now): … one justice admitted the court is “avoiding” the Obama issue. Justice Clarence Thomas appeared before a U.S. House subcommittee when the issue arose. Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y., raised the issue amid a discussion on racial diversity in the judiciary.

“I’m still waiting for the [court decision] on whether or not a Puerto Rican can run for president of the United States,” said Serrano, who was born in the island territory. “That’s another issue.”

Yet after Serrano questioned him on whether or not the land’s highest court would be well-served by a justice who had never been a judge, Thomas not only answered in the affirmative but also hinted that Serrano would be better off seeking a seat in the Supreme Court than a chair in the Oval Office.

“I’m glad to hear that you don’t think there has to be a judge on the court,” said Serrano, “because I’m not a judge; I’ve never been a judge.”

“And you don’t have to be born in the United States,” said Thomas, referring to the Constitution, which requires the president to be a natural-born citizen but has no such requirement for a Supreme Court justice, “so you never have to answer that question.”

“Oh really?” asked Serrano. “So you haven’t answered the one about whether I can serve as president, but you answer this one?”

“We’re evading that one,” answered Thomas, referring to questions of presidential eligibility and prompting laughter in the chamber. “We’re giving you another option.”

So if the justices are evading the question, one has to ask the question “WHY?”

Obama’s FATHER was born in Kenya and was NEVER an American. One needs to be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN to be able to be President of the United States. THE FATHER AND MOTHER MUST BE CITIZENS TO PASS THAT ON TO THEIR CHILDREN!!! Any dolt can understand why Col. Lakin stood up to this charlatan!

There is one man brave enough to take on Obama and his fawning acolytes; that would be Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona. It has been found that the birth certificate portrayed by Obama has been photoshopped in critical areas; in addition, Obama's social security number and selective service number has also raised warning flags.
