PEDRO, Ohio - Margaret McCoy, 70, of Pedro, Ohio, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at her residence.
The Man native was a daughter of the late Ada Ramsey and Sheridan Sloan. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Carl McCoy; two sisters, Betty Woody and Faye Brewster, and one brother, Sheridan Sloan Jr.
Survivors include two children, Sherry Cisco and Carla Crabtree; five brothers, Jimmy, Bobby, Martin, Harold and Edward "Chubby" Sloan; four sisters, Hannah Robinson, Virgie Sloan, Bernadette Perez and Morgan Sloan; a devoted companion, Joe Maynard, seven grandchildren, Shawn Crabtree, Marla Saylor, Maggie Crabtree, Richard Crabtree, Curtis Maynard Jr., Megan Cisco and Brandy Klaiber and 20 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 3, in the McCoy Family Cemetery.
A closed casket visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday in her home.
