The Maryetta United Baptist Church Ladies' Auxiliary met for their annual Christmas meeting Thursday, December 6, 2007. There was a gift exchange and special dinner hosted by Circle No. 6, Debbie Gillman, captain, and Peggy & Heather Tomblin, co-captains.

Gillman welcomed the members and guests attending. Special singing was performed by Tammy and Debrina Colegrove, featuring "I Can Only Imagine" and "Through It All." Prayer was offered by Ruth Runyon. The devotion was a beautiful narrative by Rosemary Bailey, who read "I Knew You Would Come" and "Say Yes At Christmas." The door prize was won by Carol Meade. Sandra Butcher, circle president, presented Margaret Gore and Terrie Goins with gifts in appreciation from the ladies auxiliary for their support and dedication as wives to the pastor, Rev. Lonnie Gore Jr., and Assistant Pastor, Rev. Barney Goins. Butcher also offered the closing prayer.
