The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the Above Named Defendant: It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Samuel Powers is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, is is hereby ordered that Samuel Powers serve upon Kathy Powers Plaintiff, whose address is Box 230, Verdunville, WV 25649, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 29, 2009. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
