The Man Police Department was surprised when it responded to a call about a possibly impaired driver and pulled over a motorist who had recently left a Methadone clinic.

According to police reports, the officers had received a Be On the Look Out alert about a black GMC Sonoma with a possibly impaired driver, which was they spotted, then pulled over.

"While speaking with the accused, he stated that he was on his way back from the methadone clinic and had taken his dose today," the report states. That Rondale character has been breaking laws and messing with drugs for the past 30 years. Can the judges in Logan do anything to put this guy away or will he get another slap on the wrist and be sent back out. This guy has already been given 50 strikes. Enough is enough. Why don't the Logan Banner do a little research and periodically print the arrest records for some of those that continue to break the law so that the citizens of Logan can see how some of these guys continue to get slapped on the wrist when what they really need is serious time. Everyone in Logan agrees with what I am saying, the problam is that nobody wants to step up and say anything about it. By listing these things we provide facts to use to get certain people defeated in elections. If the Magistrates are allowing people to go free then the data listed in the Banner can be used to prove them of being too easy on the criminal element. If the Judges give light sentences for those with money and then turn around and hammer someone without family ties then it can be used against them. If I was going to run for a political office that would be the first thing I would want to do my research on the person I would be going up against. You cannot argue the facts! I say we start throwing the facts up for all to see so at least the voters can have educated facts versus just casting a ballot because someone is on the same ticket with someone they like or because he has always occupied that position.
