Students in Tammy Morgan’s fourth grade class at Man Elementary marked the 11th anniversary of 9/11 on Tuesday by placing small American flags around the school’s flag pole. On September 11, 2001, nearly 3,000 people lost their lives from terrorist attacks in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington DC.
