Born September 2, 1942, he was the son of the late Wattie Franklin and Unie Susan Tackett Albright. Also preceding him in death was his wife, Vonda.
Survivors include his son, Samuel George Albright of Richlands, N.C., and grandchildren, Cody, Damien, and Nicolas.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 20, at the Stevens Funeral Home at Madison with Rev. Roger McCauley officiating. Burial will follow at the Baldwin Cemetery at Lake.
Visitation will begin one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
Stevens Funeral Home of Madison is in charge of the arrangements.
