SHARPLES, W.Va. — Sue Ann Meade, 63, of Sharples, Logan County, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, November 1, 2009, with family and friends by her side.

Born Dec. 8, 1945, at Monclo, she was a daughter of the late Basil Paul and Beulah Mae Lane White.

Sue Ann was a former employee of Kohls Dept. Store and a member of the Monclo Freewill Baptist Church near Sharples.

Survivors include her husband, Dewey A. Meade; son, Paul Allen (Shawna) Meade of Jeffrey; daughter, Angela Kaye (Dennie) Lester of Sharples; brother, Rev. Joe (Betty) Lane of Ottawa; sisters, Sandy (Foy) Miller and Paula (Danny) Baldwin, both of Madison, and Lucy White of Robinson, and grandchildren, Elijah Aaron Messer, Jonathan Allen Meade, Jarrod Sean Meade and Maggie Lane Lester.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, at the Monclo Freewill Baptist Church with David Campbell and Dennie Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Family Memorial Gardens near Madison.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at the Stevens Funeral Home at Madison.
