Gertrude Watkins of Stollings and Laura Idoine of Canton, Ohio, would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their children, Cristy Dawn Watkins and Ryan Matthew Schultheis.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late William Watkins. Cristy is a 2001 graduate of Logan High School and is currently attending Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College for nursing.
The prospective groom is also the son of the late Jack Schultheis. Ryan is a 1998 graduate of Glen Oak High School and a 2001 graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts.
The invitation only wedding ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2012, at the First Baptist Church of McConnell with Rev. John E. Godby performing the ceremony. A reception will follow at the old East Junior High School gymnasium.
