RANGER, W.Va. — Dale Travis Smith, 74, of Ranger, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013. Services will be held at 8 p.m. Friday, February 15, at Ranger Church of Christ. Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is in charge of arrangements.
