CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Mrs. Pearl Chapman, 99, of Chapmanville, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Logan Regional Medical Center.

Born January 12, 1913, at Whirlwind, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary Mullins. Also preceding her in death were her two husbands, Ermal Baisden and Rev. William H. Chapman.

Mrs. Chapman was a homemaker and a member of the Chapmanville Church of God of Prophecy.

Survivors include one son, Carl (Louise) Baisden of Wilkinson; one sister, Mollie Brown of Lexington, S.C.; two brothers, Tennis Mullins Sr. and Claude Mullins, both of Chapmanville; one granddaughter, Connie (William) Dempsey of Delbarton, and two great-grandsons, Billy and Ricky Dempsey of Delbarton.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Bishop Scott Maynard officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is in charge of arrangements.
