Chapmanville scouts honors council

CHAPMANVILLE SCOUTS — Members of Boy Scout Troop 28 presented each member of the Chapmanville Town Council with a plaque of appreciation for supporting the Court of Honor. The council voted to donate $250 for this year’s event.
