Industry study: Coal exports support W.Va. jobs
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — The National Mining Association says exports helped support nearly 24,000 coal jobs in West Virginia in 2011. That’s based on a new study the industry group commissioned. Carter piles on charges after arrest on out-of-state warrant
West Virginia State Police officers arrested Ralph Carter Jr., 31, of Shanksville, Penn., after they received an anonymous tip about an active warrant from his home state.
