ATV rider faces multiple charges
CHAPMANVILLE — The West Virginia State Police responded to a domestic situation, then became involved in a chase led by the suspect, who was riding an all terrain vehicle (ATV). The criminal complaint says the officers were told by the victim that her brother had tried to run over her and her niece on a red ATV.
