Man football stadium gets facelift

MAN — Man’s George A. Queen Memorial Field has been getting a facelift over the past six months.The home of the Man High School football team, the Man Middle School squad and also the Man Midget League, has a brand new look.Two new ticket booths on each end of the stadium recently have been constructed.The block structures were built by Central Contracting Inc. of St. Albans.The lower end building has two new concession stands, plus two new locker rooms on the back side of the structure along with a dressing room for the referees and an additional restroom.The upper building on the east end of the stadium has a ticket booth and storage space.
