James E. Bryant, 66, of Henlawson, was arrested by the West Virginia State Police on September 30 for the charges of breaking and entering, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony and destruction of property.According to police reports, Trooper First Class T.D. Boggs of the WVSP took a complaint from Tim Tomblin, president of Logan Guyandotte Improvement (aka Christmas in the Park), who advised that approximately $15,000 worth of copper, along with outlets and extension cords, was taken from inside of the building which was used for the Christmas display.Tomblin also advised the police that the amount to repair damages and replace the stolen items with labor cost would be approximately $20,000.
