BEAN STATION, Tenn. — On Wednesday, October 20, 2010 our beloved mother and grandmother, Myrtle White, who celebrated her 83rd birthday on October 16, of Bean Station, formerly of Logan, took her heavenly flight home to our Lord and reunited with her husband, Robert O. White, granddaughter, Evelyn Colegrove, parents, John and Amanda Belcher, infant son and daughter, sisters, Roma Dempsey and Virgie Sartin, brothers, Leslie, Herbert, Garland and Naaman Belcher, all of West Virginia.

She will forever be missed by her son: Glen White; daughters: Wanda (Jim) Hill, Mildred White, and Ruthie (Wiley) Lampkin, all of Bean Station, and Delores (Chuck) Maness of Morristown, Tenn.; granddaughters: Sherry Hill, Angie Colegrove, Celena Colegrove and Amanda (Tim) Simerly; grandsons: Mark Hill, Ervin (Rhonda) Colegrove Jr., Clif (Mandi) Ridley and Gunner Maness; great-grandchildren: Ervin III, Jenna (Edwards), Jonathan, Alexis, Dwight, Mikey, Cory (Wilder) and Hannah Colegrove, Heavyn and Hayla Simerly, Caitlin, Layla and Cashtyn Ridley, and Tia Hill; one great-great-granddaughter, McKenna Edwards; one brother: Ray Belcher of Baltimore, Md., and many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to say a special thank you to her longtime caregivers: Donna Woods and Tiffany Collins.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 23, at the Mayes Family Services, West Chapel, with Elder Jerry Johnson and Elder Harmon Willis officiating. Interment will follow in the White Family Cemetery at Mooresburg, Tenn.

Visitation with the family will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
