The Logan County Public Service District has issued boil water notices for several water customers in Logan County.

The PSD issued the boil water notice yesterday from Hatfield Bottom to Sarah Ann, due to a leak in the main water line, which has caused the need for customers to boil their water.

Customers in the district of Stricker-Marsh Fork are also advised to boil their water for the same reason.

A leak has occurred in the main line.

The public is advised to bring their water to a full boil and let it boil for at least one minute then cool before using or bottling it.

A press release from the Logan County PSD said the organization will notify the public when the advisory is lifted.

For more information, contact the Logan County PSD at 304-946-2641. The public is asked to share this information with the community in order to reach those who may not have heard about the boiled water advisory.
