Born June 6, 1970, in Logan, she was a daughter of Clifford Bailey of Richmond, Va., and step-mother, Joyce Bailey.
Preceding her in death was her mother, Oma York Harrison; paternal grandparents, Edward and Dolly Bailey, and maternal grandfather, William R. York.
Survivors include her children, Ashley N. Dye of Man and Zackery W. Harris; one grandson, Michael Ray Dye of Man; her husband, Arnold “Bo” Cook, two stepsons, Michael and Danny, and a stepdaughter, Vannessa Dillon, all of Honaker, Va.; and a host of other family and friends.
Services will be held at noon Monday, December 6, at the Dingess House of Prayer with the Rev. William Deskins and Rev. Billy Deskins officiating. Burial will follow at the Bailey Cemetery in Dingess.
Visitation will begin after 6 p.m. Sunday at the church.
