ARACOMA, W.Va. — Margaret Mooney Black, 93, of Aracoma, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday February 2, 2011, at Trinity Healthcare Services at Henlawson.

Born September 10, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Mabel Morton Mooney. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Henry Black; brothers, Ernest Mooney, Billy E. Mooney and James Carrel Mooney, and sisters, Joyce Steele, Doris Mooney, Irene Haster McDonald and Mary Conley.

Margaret was a member of the Harvest Gospel Church at Chamanville.

Those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Peggy Black Marcum; grandchildren, Gina Bailey Adkins and Ralph Aaron Bailey; great-grandchildren, Tasha Cooper, Ronnie A. Cooper and Isabella and Cody Bailey, and great-great-grandsons; Harry K. White and Gewen Mooney.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, February 7, at James Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.

Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
