•Roger Dale Damron Jr., 31, of West Logan, was arrested in Logan County by Tpr. B.A. Lowe of the WVSP for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and giving false information to an officer on March 26. He was booked at the Southwestern Regional Jail at Holden at 1:34 a.m.
•Ashley Dawn Justice, 26, of Holden, was arrested in Logan County by Tpr. Lowe for possession with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and conspiracy on March 26. She was booked at the regional jail at 1:35 a.m.
•Thomas Desmond Vance, 29 of Holden, was arrested by Tpr. Lowe for conspiracy on March 26. He was booked at the regional jail at 1:34 a.m.
According to police reports Tpr. Lowe was on road patrol when he saw a green 1994 Cadillac Eldorado travel left of center on Route 10 in West Logan and pulled it over. The driver was identified as Thomas Vance and the front seat passenger was Ashley Justus and the rear seat passenger was Roger Damron. When Trooper Lowe asked Damron if he had anything that could stick, poke or harm the officer Damron reportedly said no.
"However, the officer located a syringe in the defendant's left front pocket," the report states. "This officer also located 1.6 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, four sublingual film Suboxones and measuring scales in the defendant's right front pocket. Further, Thomas Vance was in possession of $1231.00 and Ashley Justus was in possession of other controlled substances."
A second report states Justus's purse was searched which lead to the recovery of "marijuana, 13 grams of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine and approximately 3.6 grams of an off white chunky substance believed to be crack."
