CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Mr. Joseph Allen “Joe” Farley, 62, of Chapmanville, was born January 6, 1949, at Chapmanville, a son of the late Allen and Anna Dingess Farley. He departed this life Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the Logan Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Farley was an electrician and coal miner and veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam Conflict.

Survivors include his wife, Tonya Conley Farley; two brothers, Tom (Lottie) Farley and William Farley, both of Chapmanville; two sisters, Carolyn Sue (Roger) Mullins of Chapmanville and Diana (Stan) Caldwell of Ohio; special mother-in-law, Lillian Conley, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at the Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Bro. G.C. Conley officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is in charge of the arrangements.
