Born April 2, 1933, at Lorado, he was a son of the late John Thomas and Adaline Brunty Albright. Also preceding him in death were two sisters, Goldie Adkins and Virlie Clay, and five brothers, James Albright, Meardie Albright, John Albright, Robert Albright, and Donnie Albright.
Jesse was a retired coal miner, having last worked for Pittston Coal Company, and a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Jesse was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his wife Kay, children, grandchildren, and all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 38 years, Kay Albright; three daughters, Tina (Phillip) Mangus of Sissonville, Adaline (Timmy) Clark of Beckley and Melissa (David) Whitson of Green Mountain, N.C.; four grandchildren, Phillip, Nicky, Jessica and Adam; three great-grandchildren, Ethan, Conner and Brody; a host of special nieces and nephews, and a special nephew with whom he enjoyed hunting, Billy Clay.
At his request his remains have been cremated and there will be no memorial service.
