Auxilian Cecil Willis opened the meeting with the invocation and blessing of the food. The meal was catered by Granny Jack's Restaurant of Barnabus.
A report was given from the Nominating Committee which consisted of Lettie Brescoach, Pauline Fortune and Margaret Shriver. Parliamentarian Alice Cheek, presided over the nomination and election procedure. Officers nominated and elected for 2010-2011 were: Gay Cook, president; Juanita Clay, first vice president; Beverly Roark, second vice president; Peggy Heatherman, secretary; Midge Cox, treasurer, and Nora Bailey, co-treasurer.
The volunteers were presented with gifts from LRMC and LRMC Auxiliary in honor of Volunteer Week. Cook recognized Larry Roark as Auxilian of the Month and presented him with a gift from the Auxiliary.
Members who celebrated birthdays in March, April and May were Hazel Browning, Phyllis Conner, Pat Joe White, Sue Dunn, Peggy Heatherman, Anita Lanthorne, Gloria Martin, Patsy Robinson, Nora Willis and Midge Cox. Each member received a gift card to Walmart. Door prizes were won by Geraldine Smith and Mary Casey. Photos of the event were taken by Historian Betty Toney and decorations were by Beverly Roark.

The meeting closed with the Auxilian's Prayer.
