The first Mrs. WV Freedom Festival (2006), Navonna Browning, is announcing plans for the upcoming WV Freedom Festival pageant to be held Friday, June 29, at the Coalfield Jamboree in downtown Logan.
The pageant, which will begin at 6 p.m., will have 11 categories:
