The Logan High School girls’ volleyball team remained above .500 on the season as the homestanding Lady Wildcats split a Cardinal Conference tri-match with Winfield and Poca on Monday at Logan’s Willie Akers Arena.

The Lady Wildcats (6-5) lost to Winfield, 25-15, 25-22, then beat Poca, 25-21, 25-7.

Logan, coached by Tim Cunningham, is scheduled to return to action on Thursday at county rival Man.

Man was scheduled to play at Tug Valley on Monday but no scores or statistics were called into The Logan Banner as of deadline this morning.

Man hosts Big Creek on Wednesday night.
