Hemlock Hills Garden club honors veterans

On Saturday, November 10, in honor of Veterans Day, the Hemlock Hills Garden Club placed a red, white and blue wreath at the Blue Star Memorial Garden located on Rt. 10, Man. Veterans Bill Mitchell, Lee Noel, Ted Tilley and Sid Cook placed American flags at the garden. The wreath was placed by club president Laura Hinchman. Emma Mitchell, club secretary donated the wreath which she had made. Participating in the ceremony were club members Laura Hinchman, Emma Mitchell, Patsy Tilley, Patsy Stowers, Jane Grimmett, Billie Noel and Elizabeth Tackett along with the veterans and members of their families.
